9:00 – 10:00 Welcome to DevCon DevCon Manchester 2018 kick-off. Mark and Scott will talk about the logistics of the conference and what has happened in the world of the Developer Community since we last met
10:30 – 11:15 REST+LTI 101 This session will set the tone for the rest of the conference. We will discuss the Blackboard Learn REST APIs, LTI at a very high-level, and best practices for using them in your applications
11:30 – 12:15 LTI Advantage In the last few months, IMS Global has shifted its focus from LTI 2.0 to LTI Advantage. In this session we will talk more in-depth about what that means and what you need to know as a developer or consumer of LTI
12:15 – 13:30 Lunch for all attendees
13:30 – 14:15 Integration Migration In this session, we will talk about the migration of existing integrations to REST, illustrating this process with real-world examples

15:45 – 16:30 How to Work Best with Blackboard Support Blackboard Support is here to help. The better we communicate, the better we can help. In this session, Client Support Manager Andy Hulme will give attendees all the tips and tricks to get the best experience with your support tickets
16:45 – 17:30 Collaborate APIs Since last we met, Blackboard has developed a path to production for client-built Collaborate Ultra integrations. In this session, we will do a refresh on the APIs and talk about the path to production

Conference pricing

Cancellations received on or before Monday 12th March 2018 in accordance with this Cancellation Policy will be eligible for a refund of the Conference Fee, less £50 due to a Processing Fee (“Processing Fee”). Any cancellations received after Monday 12th March 2018 are not eligible for a refund of any Conference Fees. Cancellations must be submitted via email to TLC Event Headquarters at hellotlc@blackboard.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy.

Refunds will be provided based on type of payment received for the Conference Fee; credit card refunds will be processed within approximately three (3) business days and cash refunds within approximately ten (10) business days.

Blackboard reserves the right to cancel any event related program and assumes no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by any attendee in connection with such cancellation.
